To order from The Parrotfish Company, please click here to download a copy of our Order Form. Our goods are sold primarily to schools and other educational institutions but we welcome interest from any individual or organization. Orders are made by completing the form, which must be signed by the person with purchasing authority and posted or faxed to us. If you are a school payment is due on receipt of our Invoice.

If you are not a school or similar educational institution, we would be very happy to supply you. You will need to send a cheque for the appropriate amount along with your completed Order Form. Please contact us (details below) if you have any queries.

Please note that current prices are those displayed on the web site, not those in the brochure, which because of the restraints of print runs do become out of date.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our service. If for any reason you are unhappy please contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order. Remember – we are here to help.

All Goods are sold subject to availability. We will do our best to ensure that we supply the goods described, however, it may be necessary on occasions for us to substitute items.

Goods are not available on a sale or return basis unless agreed by The Parrotfish Company in writing.

Goods remain the property of The Parrotfish Company until full payment has been received.

We endeavour to visit our suppliers at least once a year and do our utmost to ensure that bonded labour is not ever used in the production of our resources. Our fair trade policy ensures fair prices not only for the crafts people but for you too. The prices of our products are based on the rate of pay for skilled workers, the purchase price of raw materials, and the exchange rate. Therefore, prices are, occasionally, subject to change.

HEALTH & SAFETY ADVICE
Our resources are not toys. They are sold for educational purposes only. They may contain objects which require close adult supervision. Before use, please ensure that you follow the Health & Safety Policy of your organisation.

Please pay for your order on receipt of our VAT invoice.

PERSONAL ORDERS:
We are pleased to accept personal orders. Please send your cheque for the full amount, crossed and made payable to The Parrotfish Company , together with your order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:
We are delighted to continue to accept your overseas orders. New customers please contact us for information on VAT exemption, currency and delivery.

DELIVERY
It is our aim to despatch your goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Should any of your order be out of stock we will deliver the outstanding items to you as soon as they become available.

Our delivery fee of £7.50 (if applicable) is charged on your first invoice only. There will be no additional charge for back orders.
